peer tutoring.

we've noted that there are people with more than 5 tutees, sorry about this, we will rectify the problem once we confirm the list of new members next week.

if youre currently facing any problems(eg. attendance, discipline, fixing dates, etc), please reflect to us as soon as possible at hcylep@gmail.com. we will try to help. =)

please remember to inform yvonne if theres any changes in your tutees or if you guys cannot make it for any sessions.

we will be checking the log sheets soon. please try to make up for the sessions you missed. i know some of you might think of extending the sessions to make up for the hours, but please do not go beyond 3 hours. we know that most people have limited attention span.. theyre probably be losing their concentration by the 3rd hour. its best if you can find another day in the week to conduct a makeup session instead =)

General Meetings

some people have not been attending our general meetings.. we hold meetings because some things are urgent and we have to address them in person. so please note that these meetings are compulsory and we have been taking attendance.

There will most probably be a meeting this Friday, 25th April at 4pm. We will inform you of the details as soon as it's confirmed.
